a
DJ AND EVENT PLANNING

Getting married is a blast. For one day, it's all about you and your significant other.

But let's face it, the last thing you want to worry about on your big day is having your name butchered during introductions, the wrong music played or Gram getting offended because an F-bomb was repeated 37 times at 110 decibels.

We can promise your wedding will be handled exactly the way you want, with precise specifications that you decided well in advance of the day you say "I Do."

Competitive pricing accompanies some of the best mobile equipment on the Beach. And we can accommodate all of your sound needs, from your ceremony seating music to those first introductions as a couple and even every minute of your open dance music.

In the meantime, we'll be your time keepers, making sure your cake-cutting, garter/bouquet tosses, speeches and anything else you need are done in the most timely and efficient manner associated with a former full-time newspaper reporter and attorney dedicated to deadlines and precision.

But wait, are you struggling to make sure everything is executed well in advance of your wedding day? We can handle that, too.

After more than our fair share of weddings, we have commenced full-on event planning. Let our experience in the industry help you decide everything from which vendors to use, how to set up your venue, when specials members of your family and friends are included in specific portions of your wedding and everything in-between.

We've seen it all; we know what works and how to make sure each one of your details is planned with the utmost respect for your wishes.

And don't let our home base fool you. We've orchestrated plenty of local events, but we've also had our services used in Charleston, Spartanburg and multiple locations in North Carolina.

Need other event planning? We can do that to. From Engagement Parties to Baby Showers to Retirement Parties, we'll customize whatever function you're planning to throw.

TESTIMONIALS:

"DJ Ian Guerin truly made our day special. Ian went above and beyond to give us everything we wanted for our wedding, and his professionalism was far more than we ever expected. Our wedding would have not been the same without him, and the product he promised, he absolutely delivered. We would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone. Thank you Ian, for making our day one for the books!"

~ MARK AND BRANDI RODDY, Married April 23, 2011, Myrtle Beach

"Ian and Katie had us on the dance floor as if we were prom king and queen! It was a great mix of dancing music with everyone on the floor (even a dance off between bride and groom!) and also chose great times to slow it down for some slow dances. Ian was professional throughout the process and offered multiple times to go above and beyond his job. Life could not have been easier in dealing with Ian. By the time we got to the reception, everything was taken care of weeks before that we had absolutely no worries about the music. And once it started, we were simply blown away. Ian and Katie come with the highest recommendation from us."

~ PATRICK AND HETHER ENZOR, Married April 30, 2011, Ocean Isle Beach

"Ian & Katie made our special day go off without a hitch. They did an exceptional job working with our vendors and dealing with unexpected problems that arose. Angie & I didn't even realize the amount of work that was going on behind the scenes - they made it look so seamless and effortless. They did everything with a smile. They kept our guests on the dance floor and made sure we never had to worry about a thing."

OTHER VENDORS WE LOVE:

Silver Coast Winery -- Venues aren't easy to pick. There are space and time considerations that don't always mesh. Of all of the venues where we've worked, Silver Coast was one of the best. Located just across the North Carolina border in Ocean Isle Beach, Silver Coast provides a beautiful back drop for every stage of your reception. As a bonus, the staff is extremely easy to work with.

Middle Child Photography -- Kip Beech, the owner and operator of Middle Child, was one of the best wedding photographers we've had the pleasure of working with. What's more, Kip's final product of a very good friend's wedding couldn't have been better. His work from start to finish is top-notch, and he comes highly recommended.

Randall Hill Photography -- Another former journalist has taken his craft to the wedding scene. Randall has won numerous awards for his brilliant photography over the years, and he has one of the best eyes for candid shots I've ever seen. Randall is based in the Myrtle Beach area, but he's willing to travel.

Myrtle Beach Train Depot -- We've now done two weddings and a private party in this venue, and it remains one of our favorites. The Depot may not look like much, but the open room and huge patio make this a very dynamic setting. Located in the heart of Myrtle Beach, the Depot won't cost you an arm and a leg for your event.

Mark Gladden Designs -- This Florist did the most important wedding we were ever involved in ... ours. He worked with us from beginning to end, melding our ideas with his own and making it look fantastic. Even after our ceremony was moved inside last-minute, Mark personally made sure everything was executed to perfection.
